No evidence for medlite to improve large pores

There are no clinical trials that have reliably investigated the use of the medlite for large pores. While there are some devices out there that may help, the medlite would be one that I would expect to not work. It is a high powered laser that requires specific targets in the skin. A pore has no melanin, tattoo, freckle to target thus I would doubt it works.
