Medlite C6 for Large Pores?

I am 46 yr old female with thicker, oily skin with larger pores and blackheads. I've had 2 ablative laser procedures on face - Microlaser peel & Profactional and Starlux Ultrapulse C02. I had about 10 days of downtime and scabbing with both but neither improved my pore size. Just today I stumbled across a post on the Medlite C6 laser. Would it be worth the cost to give a try when ablative lasers have not worked?
