Will Mediacaid Cover Rhinoplasty for my Crooked Nose?

I broke my nose about 5 years ago,withouth knowing it was broken,my nose is now very crooked,and effects my self esteem greatly.I recently joined a mixed martial arts gym,and my trainer said the most common injury is a broken nose.Will my insurance repair my nose if it gets broken during a fight,and if they deny my claim will my nose be more crooked then before,if so i will quit mixed martial arts right away.I have midwest medicaid,and i am 17 years old
