I'm a cigar smoker and going to have my revision surgery for BBL tomorrow. Should I be worried about complications?

Yes, nicotine whether from cigarettes or cigars may effect the take of your fat cells. You must either stop smoking all together at least one week before the surgery and a week or more afterwards, or postpone your operation until you can quit. All surgeries carry risks and smoking is documented to increase them. talk to your surgeon.
