Maximum Number of Isolaz Treatments?

I'm on my third Isolaz treatment with no improvements yet. I am still experiencing painful breakouts on my forehead. I started to have dry, itching skin around my mouth and eyelids, which I never had before. Both of my outer ears are dry and itchy as well. Could it be that Isolaz isn't working for me? What is the maximum number of Isolaz treatments I can have to see results? Thanks for the advice and help.
