I had matrix fractional laser for acne scarring. My face is swollen and I am bleeding all over the face. My doctor says this will subside. Is this normal?

Bleeding after fractional ablative treatment

Nonablative fractional resurfacing does not cause bleeding except rarely. ablative fractional therapy is different, in that rawness is seen focally with pinpoint bleeding and oozing to follow. It takes longer to  heal with long term redness that resolves after many weeks.
