Timing of Revisionary Breast Surgery?
Assuming you are a candidate for revision breast surgery, you may be able to proceed at any time ( depending on the exact situation). It will be important to determine if revision surgery will be helpful to you; this determination can only be made after direct examination by well experienced plastic surgeons.
Best wishes.

SEE VIDEO BELOW: Timing and planning of revision breast lift (augmentation mastopexy)
IF you are unhappy, I generally advise waiting up to 9 mponths, however, it sounds as if you could commence planning the procedure or at least meeting with multiple surgeons to discuss your options.

Mastopexy revision
If you are not happy with the results of your mastopexy and augmentation at 6 months, you may be able to seek a revision if the breasts are soft and the scars have settled down.

Timing for a mastopexy revision
Mastopexy revision can be successful as soon as three months after the original operation. The procedure you described is sometimes unsatisfying because the surgeon cannot make the closure as tight as he might prefer, because of the inverted T incisions. If you were hoping for additional fullness at the top of the breast with a perkier appearance, larger implants could be put in.

Mastopexy with Implants 6 Months Ago - When Can I Get a Revision?
Apart from scar maturity , after 6 months from augmentation Mastopexy most patients can have revision surgery. Some surgeons prefer to wait even longer and this is perfectly OK. My recommendation is to check with your plastic surgeon for advice.

Revision after augmentation with mastopexy
It is not at all rare to require a revision within the first 2 years after a combination augmentation/mastopexy is performed. By 6 months, if a revision is needed, it is safe to do. See your plastic surgeon to discuss your options.

Timing of breast revision surgery
LN1962,
In general, you want to wait at least 3 months after any surgery to have a revision. It is unclear in your description what it is that you're unhappy about. It may turn out that once everything heals and settles down you will no longer feel the need to have a revision.
Sincerely,
Martin Jugenburg, MD

Timing of breast revision
Technically at 6 months what you see is what you've got for a result except that the scars will continue to improve. Without a photo I can't speak about what kind of a revision to have so you should address that with your doctor.

Please send more information and pictures
The best option is to see your surgeon and discuss with him about the result and your concerns. without pictures and the information about your dissatisfaction, it is impossible to answer your question.

When is it safe to have a breast revision surgery
The best advice to give you is to speak with your plastic surgeon who performed your operation about a revision. It is difficult to provide a lot of advice with photos on this forum. It depends on what you are unhappy about and what would be required to lend an improvement. Classically, unless there are healing problems or other facors, it is probably best to wait a year to allow your tissues to heal where the revision surgery can be performed and will hopefully get the result you are...
