No problem

Hi there- There should be not problem using mascara while on Latisse. It will not reduce the effectiveness of the Latisse, or increase the risks, and will accentuate the outcome from the product. Enjoy your new lashes!

Latisse and mascara

Yes, you can still wear mascara if you use Latisse.  Latisse is indicated for hypotrichosis of the upper lashes, one of its 'side effects' is that it causes darkening of the lashes...what woman would not love that!!!  But most still want to show off their new lashes with mascara and it is completely safe.

Using mascara while using Latisse

Of course you can. Most individuals apply Latisse at night on a cleanly washed face. But if for some reason if you apply Latisse in the morning before applying make up, make sure you wait at least 10 minutes to allow the product to dry.

You can use mascara and Latisse. Most patient apply Latisse at night. Some choose to apply in the morning. If you apply Latisse, wait about 5 to 10 minutes, (until the Latisse is dry), before applying mascara.

Okay to use mascara during Latisse

Latisse is indicated for hypotrichosis of the lower eyelashes. It is applied once daily to the area, and results are seen in as little as 8 weeks.  It is acceptable to use mascara on the eyelashes during treatment.
