Is Procerus muscle and soft tissue removal apart of radix reduction process? (Photo)

Posted photos are TOO close up need full face views. I doubt the removal of any nasal muscles are needed.

If this area is high it is preferable to remove the bony tissue and let the soft skin, muscle, and fat settle down over a smooth surface.
