I had tip plasty and alarplasty 10 days ago. The swelling has gone down a little and I see the shape. I am happy with how it is turning out. However, my face looks weird because my upper lip appears longer. It is also numb and I cannot move it. I look like I have an overbite, especially my profile. Certain words are also hard to say. Is this normal? When should I expect it to look like before?
