No time for fraxel or peel until AFTER summer, would any kind of filler work/help?
Answer: Chest wrinkles Sculptra is the best injectable for chest wrinkles. It does require several treatments for the best results. For a quicker benefit, consider Pellevé or Ultherapy, which can tighten up the skin and help with the fine wrinkles closer to the surface. My patients often combine Sculptra with Pellevé for the best short-term and long-term results.

Answer: Ultherapy or Voluma can improve the Décolletage Thank you for your question. Ultherapy is a great non-invasive procedure that has no downtime, to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles on the décolletage. Ultherapy uses ultrasound technology to tighten and firm the skin, which penetrates deep into the skin to promote collagen growth. The results are not immediate but you will see continuous improvement for 3-6 weeks. If you are looking for a quick procedure that has instant results, you could have fillers depending on the severity of your lines and wrinkles. Voluma can be used on the décolletage to treat fine lines and wrinkles, but Ultherapy is recommended for deep folds and creases. Once you have a consultation with a board certified dermatologist, he/she will be able to decide the best treatment for you. Best, Dr. Ariel Ostad.

Answer: Ultherapy for Chest Wrinkles Dear Westsidegirl, I would suggest considering Ultherapy, which will tighten the dermal layer of your skin, and Sculptra Aesthetic injections that stimulate your body to make collagen. Sculptra will take between 4-6 weeks to take effect and you may require more than 1 session for the optimal outcome. Please consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, who has experience with these, before you decide to proceed. Best wishes, Dr. Richard W. Swift

Answer: Chest wrinkles I would recommend Ultherapy, which is now FDA approved for reduction of wrinkles in the décolletage area. If you want to improve the lentiginous (brown spots) damage then a series of IPL treatments can be helpful.
