Mandibular implants - Size and Options?

I would like to put some mandibular implants but i dont know why doctors dont recomend them much, also i wold like to know wich size is the smallest option, cause im a girl and i dont want it to look to masculin or asimetric, wich other options can i have to increse the volume of my jaw line but in a very discret way?
