Male body builder with very low nipples and rounded pectoral appearance.I believe that nipple placement can make a males chest look bigger(or smaller).Men with Higher nipples seem to have the illusion of a larger broader chest(noticed in gym. Men who are stronger but have nipples at the lower crease may appear to be lacking in muscle in lower chest(but aren't...illusion.Are nipple lifts done on men? Cresent lift possible in male?Can you raise a male nipple up about 1.5cm? or just do Pec implant?
