Initial PS consultation was to inquire about Botox for tired looking eyes. Assured temporal brow lift w/ subsequent regular Botox would refresh my appearance w/out otherwise changing my looks. Since procedure, I'm unhappy my previously straight-across brows slant downwards towards middle. Less than year after surgery, I re-located and tried many botox combinations. Once-thick brows plucked to the limit. Slightly better, but still appear angry. What now? Original PS responsibilities/obligations?

Sorry about your unhappy experiences. Before and after photos would be important to guide you properly. If you post before and after photos, we can help you more. Your best option is to consult in person with 2 - 3 board certified plastic surgeons to understand your alternatives.

Browlift verus Botox or Both

Unhappy with Brow Contour after Brow Lift

I'm sorry you're not happy with the shape of your eyebrows after a temporal brow lift. It is almost impossible to make significant changes in the medial brow contour with Botox. Pictures would be very helpful if you would like us to make suggestions about alternatives to improve your appearance.
