Does harvested cartilage for rhinoplasty likely to shift position? Move from where it was planted? And warp? (photos)

hi im just, asian,im planning to have rhinoplasty this year. im thinking about using own cartilage specifically rib cartilage for nasal bridge.i thnk i nid tiplasty and alarplasty. i never had nose job before. i still have my ear cartilage intact but then im concern that it will not be enough to augment my bridge as how i like it. i lack bridge definition on the front view & looks wide wen smiling. will diced rib crtilage prevent the warping but still give a well defined bridge?

Diced cartilage can be used from septum or ear rather than rib graft.
