i have always wanted a more thinner looking face. but i have somewhat more dominant malars that stick out. i live in ohio and was wondering where the nearest place is i could get malar reduction at? And would pressing on them everyday for several minutes gradually over time make them sink into your face so they wouldnt stick out soo much? Or any other techniques i can do without plastic surgery.

Without shaving down the bone, there really is no way to "thin" the malar region effectively.

There is no effective nonsurgical way to reduce or flatten the malaria eminences. Pressing on them will not work.

Ways to make malars "thinner".
Only surgery will make them smaller which you probably don't need. See an experienced surgeon to discuss if your perception is accurate.
