Fifty or More Lipomas Around my Stomach. What Do You Recommend for Removal?

I have fifty or more lypomas around my stomach. I am told they are caused by heredity. They are gatherings of fat just under the skin causing lumps or knots. I have had eight removed over the years each leaving a small scar. Would cosmetic lyposuction be efective in removing many of these at one time and if so what should I expect?
