What Will Help Lymph Edema Built Up on One Side of a Surgical Scar?

I had a scar revision from a dog bite scar as a child. The scar originally healed very lopsided (one half of the scar sat higher than the other) After the revision (3 months post op) the scar has heeled well but is slightly swollen ontop on the scar. My surgeon told me it's where lymph flow has been disrupted and is trapped and I should massage it away? Would Fraxel or Subcision help with this?
