I would check with your immunologist/rheumatolgoist before considering breast implatns to make sure you are healthy enough to have it done.

Can I Get Breast Implants if I Have Lupus?

Althoug breast implant have been associated with automimmune disease in the lay press and in junk science reports, this has not been substantiated through larger clinical investigations. Therefore, I do not see a contraindication after consutling with your immunologist or rheumatologist.
