Lumpy Skin After Limelight IPL - Will This Go Away?

I received a limelight IPL for roseacea yesterday and almost immediately my skin felt (and looks in the right light) lumpy. I have had IPL many times before (quantum) with no problem, but the place where I go to had just replaced their old machine. Will these lumps go away? They are not on the surface of the skin, but just beneath. Overall, I have slight swelling and minimal redness. Your help would be appreciated.
