Lump under the eye after fat excision

It would be helpful to know how long ago the surgery was and a few details of the type of procedure. A hard lump after surgery could be scar tissue that formed as a result of the dissection or in an area where more aggressive bleeding occurred. I would return to your surgeon for a repeat evaluation.
