Lump Under Eye After Lower Eyelid Surgery

I had a lower eye lift and a second surgery to fix a crease and a fat pocket that formed. It's been 6 months since the 2nd surgery and the crease and lump under the left eye is still there. I had a CT scan and the results show microcalcifications under my eye. Is my Dr. responsible for repairing this? Is it repairable?
