Had tummy tuck 1.5 yrs ago. Developed this hard lump between umbilicus and incision about 4 months ago. The area is quite tender @ times, especially in the mons pubis area. CT scan stated possible hematoma or fat necrosis. Wandering if this may resolve on its own or looking at another surgery to fix.

Lump after tummy tuck (abdominoplasty)

This most likley will resolve on it's own but it may aspiration may expedite the resolution of this problem.
