Lumineers don't work for most cases

I don't do Lumineers for my patients, because there are probably only 3% of the population they work for. They can cause gum inflammation by creating a ledge for bacteria to trap and also don't block out the color of the tooth underneath well. The teeth need to be prepared more for a veneer of proper thickness to get enough strength and the right ratio of shade and translucency.
