Just Got Lateral Tarsal Strip 5 Weeks Ago No Luck Need Advise on What to Do?

Well when i was approximately 5 years old they found a benign orbital tumor they took my eye out and scraped the bone. When I was about 12 my mother noticed that when I slept she could see part of my schlera so my doctors did a tasorraphy. Well on july 5, 2011 my eye started having the same problem as well as being asymetrical so a lateral tarsal strip was done. Im think I have unilateral proptosis; I would greatly appreciate it if one of y'all could verify this or maybe advise me on a path?
