Generally speaking, $2500-4000 is the range of cost for lower eyelid surgery. Cost will vary depending on where it is performed [hospital, ambulatory surgery center, in-office], the type of anesthesia [ local, light sedation, deep sedation, or general], and who performs the surgery [reputation, etc].
