Would CO2 Treatment Tighten Under Eye Skin that Sags SInce Blepharoplasty?

added some skin from the roof of my mouth.It still was sagging open. Then a new Dr did 3 more out patient surgery s cutting in the outer corner of the eyelid and tightening it each time. Its way better now but still slightly sags away from lower eyeball not snug. I squint and blink to keep it against eye when I feel cool air in the opening. I have never had the CO 2 treatment and was checking in to the possibility of it tightening it to be up against my lower eyeball. Help!! Thanks
