I'm 2 weeks post op, 325cc silicone unders, periareolar. Surgeon scored the lower poles of my breasts to release constricted tissue. I disliked my presurgery breasts because I had no inframammary crease which is due to a) small size and b) constricted tissue at base. Now that I have implants, will they create a crease naturally as they drop? Does wearing an underwire bra help encourage a crease? I'd hate for my implant to drop and not form a crease! Does it look like I'll get a natural result?

At 2 weeks after breast augmentation you can have sharp stinging pains along with burning and dull throbbing pains. I agree with you PS to take it easy and call back if it worsens.
Unless the implants were placed for reconstructive reasons most insurance companies won't cover the cost of revisionary surgery. You need to look at your specific contract but they normally have small print related to complications related to cosmetic procedures.
