Louisiana Ophthalmologist Recommendations

I have had infections for over a year now from permanent eyeliner. I have seen two ophthamalogist and they both put me on steroid drops....I'm wanting to get a patch test done !!!!!!!!!!!!! Can you please recommend a place in Louisiana??

I'm very tired of fighting this alone and seriously thinking of getting legal advice. The steroids only help for about 2 months and it starts all over again. I have eye swelling and burns like fire..my eyes tear and I always get like a thin crust over my eye.
