Lost Faith in Surgeon. What Rights Do I Have?

Hi I had rhinoplasty in 2008. Since then I have had roughly 5 or 6 small operations to improve my nose, carried out by the same surgeon as he was not happy with the result. I have lost faith in my surgeons ability to correct the problems with my nose. Can I ask for a partial refund? Do I have any comeback in this situation if the operation was not a success? I would very much appreciate a reply.

Unhappy with results
Although as surgeons we all strive to make our patients happy very few if any surgeons ever offer a guarantee of results.
