Is It Possible To Lose Malar or Cheek Bone After Wisdom Teeth Extraction?

Hello I dont know how it is possible, but since my wisdom teeth operation, my cheekbones look thinner as if my malar bones were resorbed. I knew that the jaw bones could be reduced after teeth extraction, but for wisdom teeth extraction too? And what about the cheek bones? thanks

Cheek bones look smaller after wisdom teeth extraction

In years past, it was a trend to have back teeth removed to give a gaunt look for those in the modeling world. Removal of your wisdom teeth should not change your facial profile significantly. Perhaps, you lost weight during the healing time.
