I was examined by an ETN dr. and I was told I had a slightly deviated septum. And I was wondering if fixing/straightening the septum would also improve my nose appearance(remove the hump and make nose straighter) or if improving the nose appearance would require a rhinoplasty as well. I've read that septoplasty doesn't change your nise shape, but I've also read that if a nose was crooked it could end up straighter after an operation.
