I went running on the 10th day post surgery. Everything's was looking and feeling good. Next day I woke up to terrible swelling in the chin and over the wings. It is now day 14 and my face still looks too long, mainly to the swellings the is in my neck area over where I think the wings of the implant are. Is this normal? Will it go back down? Or did I damage it? I used a chin implant with wings affixed with a screw. Thank you!
