i really hate how that looks the rest of my face is tight except for that fat under my mouth and near the corners of my mouth. When i smile they turn into dimples. Also when i smile , one of my smile lines has An extra crease im only 20

Hello Susan000-Facial photos would allow much better advice to be given to you. If you are younger than 40yo, than facial fillers might well be able to significantly improve many asymmetries that might exist, even apparent droopiness. All the best,Dr. A
As long as you are healthy and both procedures do not require prolonged anesthesia, you should be OK doing the surgery. If your breast surgery requires extensive capulectomy, mastopexy; then I would probably stage the two procedures. Good luck. Donald R. Nunn MD Atlanta Plastic Surgeon
