My nostrils are too small to have an alar base reduction done, but what I want is to make the appearance of my alar smaller like the photo on the right.

Dear summersday19 Thank you for your photographs and your question. It's easier to reduce the width of your nostrils but not the height. You will need a columella strut graft to elevate your tip and narrowing your tip. I would seek an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon....
Your nasal tip can certainly be reshaped to give you a smaller and more feminine look. Your expectations must be realistic though, your nose will probably not exactly as the model you have shown. The cost will vary between $5000 and $8000. Good luck.
