Hi Bacoas.  The dermal filler we use (Restylane or Perlane) typically lasts 6-9 months in acne scars.  The goal though is to create a longer term benefit (lift) to the scars over a series of treatments.  For your situation, it looks like 1 CC would be enough and you would expect that to be in the $500 - $700 range in Los Angeles.  To see an example of Restylane and subcision, click on the before and after link below.
