3 week post-op bump on nose from one side? (photo)

I had rhinoplasty 3 weeks ago to rotate the tip upwards and remove some dorsal hump. From the right side, my nose looks relatively straight because there isn't much swelling on the other side. However, looking from the left side, there looks like there is a bump on the other side (the right side). It even feels kind of hard when I press there gently. I had a lot more bruising under by right eye than the left eye too. I know it's early on though so it could be swelling?

Still early in healing phase, but if after 3 months still there than you would need a revision. Best to discuss with your surgeon..

I will take 3-6 months or even more for complete healing so try not to focus on any things that might be "off" right now.  These discrepancies will likely improve over time.

The nose can be swollen for up to a year or more. Swelling will depend upon the nature of maneuvers employed, presence of grafts or implants, thickness of skin, open vs closed, revision vs primary, etc.
