On June 13 2014 I got 450cc Mentor Gel HP. I'm 32yo 5'3 123Lbs. Breast fed 2 kids 1st one for 12 mo. 2nd one for 3mo. PS said I had realy nice skin that can accommodate my implants. I had small asymmetric 34 A breast Right one bigger and saggier than left. At my 5 week app. He suggested that I started to wear a supported wired bra. I do feel my right is lower and left not dropped and i can feel hard bumps under left incision is this normal? Also my right incision is a bit higher than crease! Normal?
Answer: 10 weeks post op Breast Augmentation. Are my breast healing normal? Without your pre-op photos- it's difficult to comment. Generally speaking I see your left nipple points a little lower than your right and your incisions are not symmetric but placed in a relatively appropriate location. I would give it time- you may achieve your goals. And your questions will get answered.

CONTACT NOW Answer: Wait for dropping and fluffing It is difficult to give you advice without seeing your before photo of all angles. I would suggest you wait until the three to four month mark before assessing your results, since your breasts still need to settle a bit.

Answer: 10 weeks post op Without any pre-op photos it is difficult to give you an opinion. I'm also curious as to what your results look like with your arms relaxed to your side. From your photos it is evident your left nipple points a little downwards compared to your right. I recommend waiting at least 3 months for things to heal and settle.

Answer: Asymmetric Breasts Hello,Unfortunately, your implant on the side with the tattoos has dropped out ever so slightly. This has created a few visible asymmetries. On the side of the drop out, the scar is on the breast instead of in the fold, the nipple is higher, the lower pole of the breast is fuller, and the upper pole is less full, all compared to the breast with the properly positioned implant. How implants settle after surgery can be unpredictable, and implant drop out is all too common. However, larger and higher profiled implants are more prone to this problem. The traditional method of dealing with this is to wait a prescribed period of time, usually 3 to 6 months, then perform a re-operation to close down the capsule that is too large (and low). There has been a report about a non-surgical method to fix this problem, however. Dan Mills, MD from Laguna has written about a 'shoe lace cast' that he places around the breast for a few weeks. I am not sure about any of the details frankly, and perhaps it is too late at this point. You should have your doctor look into it. One doctor to doctor phone call may help.Best of luck!

Answer: 10 weeks Thanks for your question and photos.Symmetry is better evaluated with arms at the sides. Lifting the arms tenses the pectoral muscles, moving the implants and breasts, often asymmetrically since the "handed" pectoral muscle is usually larger than its opposite. Saying that I do see some asymmetry, but that is difficult to assess without looking at before photos as a comparison. The same amount of asymmetry is often more noticeable with a larger breast after augmentation surgery. Please consider adding before photos in a new posting. Proper reassurance about the lumps (and the rest) will come from your surgeon based upon a hands on exam.Best wishes.
