Loose Skin and Volume Loss After Weight Loss and Age. What To Do About Hollow Eyes? (photo)

I am 31 and lost a little weight. I noticed hollowness under my cheeks. I lost volume under my eyes due to age and have dark circles. I have always had dents in the middle of my cheeks. Also my neck is not as tight and jowls are forming and nasolabial folds. When I lay on my back my face looks full, lifted and younger. Do you favor Fat grafting to add volume vs reabsorption rate and complications? How about lifting neck, jowls and cheeks back up where they used to be vs permanent nerve damage?

Loss of fat volume in the face

Thanks for the photos, but a full face and in -person view will give the best information. If you feel that you lost volume, sometimes facial fillers will be the best solution in a young person.

The photos are really not adequate to base an answer to your questions.

There is no substitute for a personal consultation. Under eye hollows are best addressed with fillers if at all feasible. For some individuals the skin is sufficiently thin that it is best to first perform a chemical peel. The little snippet of your chin leads me to wonder if you would be a candidate for lower face/neck liposuction, a procedure that can be performed in the office under local anesthesia.

Hollow eyelids in the young woman with sagging neck and early jowls.

Hollow eyelids in the young woman with sagging neck and early jowls can be treated with a facelift and liposuction if liposuction alone will not cause enough retraction of the excess skin. I would need to feel this to give a proper answer. Your tear troughs can be filled with Juvederm.
