Loose Facial Skin and Thick Philtrum in 18 Year Old, What Options do I Have?

Hello Doctor, Myself Abhishek.I am facing problem of philtrum thickness.I have noticed from last few weeks that my philtrum size has increased and looking more thick than before.Actually when i smile i feel some kind of stretchiness under my upper philtrum skin.But not only in my philtrum area but also on my cheeks and lips to due to which i avoid smiling.And i also have excess skin on my cheeks.I don't know how to smile and feel very afraid before smiling as it resulted in excess skin.
