What Should I Look for After Skin Cancer Excision?

Had half Basal and half Squamous skin cancer on the side of my nose and the exiscion went through full thickness of nose. The margins are clear but I'm worried because Sqamous is faster growing than Basal.

What should I look for? What questions should I ask my doctor?
