'Longidaza' for Keloid Scars?

I'm an asian and have had acne-caused keloid scars for about 15 years. They're still growing and some have merged. The biggest one is about 10 cm long. I've tried silicone strips and cortisone injections. They didn't work. The cortisone injection was deadly painful and only made my scars bigger and more sensitive. Now I'm in Moscow due to my husband's work assignment and I found in the web that there's a new drug called 'Longidaza' developed by Russian institute. Is this also used in U.S? What do you think about it? Would you recommend me to try?
