How Long Should I Wait to Get a Third Alar Base Resection?

I had an Alar base resection two months ago. The base is still not as narrow as i wanted it. How soon can i have a third one???

Wait a year

It's best to wait about year for your nose to regain strength after your surgeries. You can reassess the situation at that time as well.

Third Alar Base Resection?

To be honest with you, I have never had to perform this more than once.  I would be cautious about external valve compromise.

Alar base resection

I think that if you have already had two and you are only two months out, you should wait to be re-evlauted for 6 months to a year.
