Microderm After IPL
I sometimes do microderms to pre-treat difficult areas before an IPL. So, you can do them the same day, or a few days apart, or a week or so apart. Microderm is not aggressive so there should be no restrictions; just go by how your skin feels.

Microdermabrasion can be done soon after IPL
There is no reason to wait to perform a microdermabrasion after an IPL. Unless you have sensitive skin, it can even be done the next day. I would recommend that the technician performing the microdermabrasion go gently, at low settings, if you have one within 1 week of having an IPL.
