How Long to Wait After Upper Bleph to Apply Dermatix?

I had an upper bleph (anchor) 3 days ago and had my stitches removed today. How long should I wait to apply deramtix? Will this be beneficial for scar healing? Also, I have bumpiness/puckering along the scar line. Is this normal at this stage?

Dermatix is OK as soon as you are healed.

I assume you mean "dermatix". This comes as "dermatix si" where the 'si' stands for 'silicone'. It is a viscous liquid that is put on a scar after it is healed, usually within 1 week and it is to help produce a less thick scar. It is applied once a day for perhaps 4-6 weeks. Your healing is way too early to say anything about the end result.
