How Long Can Voluma Lumps Remain on Lower Face-DAO Area?

I had a syringe of Voluma 4 weeks ago n/s lines oral commisures (DAOs) the injection itself was not painful but I bruised & 4 weeks on have big hard lumps either side of the chin area next to the marionette filled areas.I called my Nurse injector she said massage & see her in 4 weeks as she is away. I am not liking these hard lumps at all they are very sore.The Voluma is not as filling as Juvederm Ultra which I had no lumps at all but looking for a longer lasting. Thank You in Advance.
