How Long Can Vitiligo Spread?

Hi. I have had Vitiligo since 1999. My Vitiligo is mostly around my right waist area and on my left butt. It did not spread after 1 year. It might have gotten bigger by one or 2 percent and one or two new sports but nothing significant.
My question is what are the chances that my vitiligo will start spreading again? Thank You
