According to op report the doctor cut the anterior part of the septum in closed rhinoplasty. He came in thru piriform aperture. Is there a way to fix this? There is no tooth show when I open my mouth. I used to be able to see the bottom part of the 4 front upper teeth. I know the lip looks longer because my nose is upturned but it shouldn't affect the tooth show. The report does not mention anything about the muscle being cut put a columnela strut on my nose which I think I can feel if I smile
