There is variability from patient to patient but most are very happy with their result. It lasts about one year, some less, some more. If there is an area you don't like, it might be corrected.. Sometimes the depressed area still needs to be filled it and other times, the corrected area doesn't look good to the patient. Unfortunately , there is no dissolver of this product. If a nodule has occured, then some say sterile saline injected under pressure may help reduce the volume of the lump.
