Will I need to continue getting keloid removal treatment to keep the keloid from growing or being irritated? I don't want any more cutting on my face, I just want it flattened out and less noticeable.

Long-term keloid treatment
Once keloids have been treated, meaning reduced in thickness, itch, and color, they can stay stable for a long time, and often times permanently. So, it is not necessarily the case that you will need repeated treatments for the rest of time.
